- How do I enter?
- Make a qualifying purchase of at least one box of Mott’s fruit snacks at any participating retail store or online between September 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024. Be sure to keep your receipt.
Then, enter a photo of your receipt here by July 31, 2024, to earn a free* book. You’ll earn one free* book per participating snack. You can earn a total of 16 books throughout the promotion period through one or multiple transactions!

- Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept a credit card receipt as it will not have enough detail to verify that the reward requirements have been met.
- Did you make a purchase online?
- Follow these additional steps to obtain an image of your receipt from an online purchase:
1. Log into your online account on the retailer's app or website
2. View your order/purchase history
3. Select the specific order, screenshot or save a copy of your receipt, and submit
Please ensure your receipt includes all requirements listed in the Terms & Conditions. - I received an email that said my receipt was rejected. What should I do?
- Follow the instructions within your emails to either make a new purchase or take a new photo of your receipt. Make sure that your receipt image is clear and shows the retailer, contains a valid product, purchase date and timestamp, the purchase price and receipt total and has not already been previously accepted.
- What is the offer for this promotion?
- For every qualifying Mott’s® purchase, you will earn a free* book from our collection. You can redeem for up to 16 free books total through one or multiple transaction.

- You’ll earn one book per qualifying purchase and can earn up to 16 throughout the promotion period.
- How will I receive my book?
- Once you receive an email telling you your receipt has been approved, sign back into the promotion and your account will allow you to redeem your book(s).
- I think I’m having technical issues. What should I do?
- Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
- I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
- We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.
